(1) Section 29N. or 29h. The person, group or organization whose name is included in the list according to Section 29N. In the case of the following list in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and section 29f. In the case of the following list, an application can be submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs. (2) Section 29C. According to section 29N, to release such assets or funds or any other effects that may be caused to the property or funds withheld. The person, group or organization related to the list in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and section 29f. The person, group or organization related to the list may submit an application to the Ministry of Home Affairs. (3) If an application is received as per sub-section (1) or (2), the relevant ministry shall make the necessary selection or make the application, Section 29E. If found to be related to the person, group or organization mentioned in the list published as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the United Nations and section 29f. If it is found to be related to the person, group or organization published in accordance with the above, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall send it to the relevant country through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to the list of terrorist persons, groups or organizations published by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall select such persons, groups or organizations as necessary.
